Nourishing Body and Soul: Mother’s Tea Party 2026

What a truly spectacular Mother’s Tea Party it was! This year’s celebration, With Health and Blessings, was a meaningful milestone for our Primary students and a beautiful reflection of weeks of thoughtful learning, pride, and growth.

The Mother’s Tea Party is a cherished CMCH tradition, thoughtfully designed to honor our mothers while giving our children the opportunity to dive deeply into a subject of study and share their learning with confidence. Each year, our students spend many weeks exploring a new theme, culminating in this elegant and intentional event that celebrates growth, gratitude, and community.

Every stitch, stamp, and detail made with love, as our students prepared a heartfelt gift for their moms.

From the very beginning, this year’s Tea Party was a true labor of love. Our students were involved in every detail; creating the artwork that filled the room, designing and decorating aprons, and even helping set the tables themselves. Each small touch reflected intention, care, and a deep desire to show appreciation for their moms, while continuing to grow and learn throughout the process.

The afternoon unfolded beautifully. Our students began by performing for their mothers, proudly sharing their learning around nutrition and brachos through songs and skits. We then gathered to enjoy a delicious meal together, moving through the space as if at a sunny farmers market; tasting, learning, and connecting. We closed the event with a joyful “jam session,” where students and moms made strawberry jam side by side, a sweet and memorable way to end such a meaningful experience.

A heartfelt thank you to our Primary Morahs, whose dedication, creativity, and care guided the children through weeks of preparation and made this day possible. Your patience, vision, and love were evident in every moment.

Thank you as well to our maintenance team, and Tony, our facility manager, for ensuring the space was beautifully prepared and that everything ran seamlessly behind the scenes.

And to our wonderful CMCH moms: thank you for joining us, for celebrating your children so wholeheartedly, and for being such an essential part of our school community. Your presence is what gives this event its heart.

We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this afternoon so warm, intentional, and full of pride. It was a day of learning, gratitude, and connection that we will cherish for a long time!
