The Torah says “ve’hodatam le’vanecha ve’livnai vanecha” (Devarim 4; 9) that we have a positive Mitzvah for grandparents to teach their grandchildren. This, says the code of Jewish Law, is equal to the Mitzvah that parents have to educate their children.

We at CMCH encourage grandparents to get involved, in all ways possible, with their grandchildren’s education.
